By downloading, installing, or using the Siavo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Description of Service

Siavo is a personal finance application designed to help users track savings goals and manage their financial objectives. The application provides:

• Savings goal tracking and management
• Progress visualization and analytics
• Virtual coin system for in-app features
• Local data storage with optional cloud synchronization

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Siavo. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

User Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Siavo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and application data
• Providing accurate information when using the application
• Using the application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of Siavo

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application
• Use automated systems to access the application

Virtual Coins and Purchases

Siavo uses a virtual coin system to enhance user experience:

Coin Purchases

• Virtual coins can be purchased through the App Store
• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

Coin Usage

• Coins can be used to unlock premium features within the application
• Coin balances are tied to your user account
• Unused coins will remain in your account unless the application is discontinued

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Siavo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Siavo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points include:

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Termination

You may stop using Siavo at any time by simply deleting the application from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the application at our discretion if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately, but these terms will remain in effect as to any prior use.
